ATL311 proudly recognizes employees Shadé Stokes-Campbell, Sheena Weaver, and Charmain Lawson for their outstanding service and community engagement during Lakewood Church of Hope’s 12-Year Anniversary Celebration held on April 12th, 2025. As Community Ambassadors for ATL311, these dedicated team members volunteered their time to represent the City of Atlanta Department of Customer Service at this important event.
The celebration united numerous organizations committed to addressing diverse community needs in the Lakewood area. ATL311’s presence was especially impactful thanks to the dynamic and approachable efforts of Shadé Stokes-Campbell, Community Affairs Coordinator who oversees the ATL311 Ambassador Program, along with Call Center Representatives Sheena Weaver and Charmain Lawson.
“Lakewood Church of Hope is so grateful that you participated in its 12-Year Anniversary Celebration on Saturday! It was great to have Atlanta 311’s involvement as part of a collective of organizations representing a diverse set of topics relevant to the Lakewood community,” shared the event organizer and the entire Lakewood Church of Hope Family.
Throughout the event, the ATL311 team provided valuable information on city services, referrals, and resources, along with educational materials for attendees to take home. The church emphasized the team’s impact: “The energetic presence of you, Sheena, and Charmain made a difference in allowing others to engage with you through interactive dialogue about the vast array of resources, referrals, and services available through Atlanta 311.”
Joy Quarles, Director of Customer Service Delivery at ATL311, highlighted the significance of the Ambassador Program:
“The Ambassador Program is vital because it brings city services directly to the community, building trust, awareness, and stronger connections between residents and the resources that support them.”
Thanks to the efforts of Shadé, Sheena, and Charmain, many attendees left the event with a clearer understanding of how to navigate city services and access the support they need — resources that might have otherwise gone unnoticed.
ATL311 applauds these dedicated public servants for their commitment to excellence and community connection. Their work exemplifies the mission of ATL311: to connect residents with essential services while fostering informed, empowered neighborhoods across the City of Atlanta.
Thank you again, ladies, for being such incredible representatives of ATL311 and the City of Atlanta.
